**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate daily operations for both Front of House and Back of House.

- Deliver superior service and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.

- Regularly assess product quality and explore new vendor opportunities.

- Organize and supervise shifts, maintaining a smooth workflow.

- Provide constructive feedback to enhance staff performance and productivity.

- Anticipate future needs for goods and supplies.

- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

- Uphold and promote the restaurant’s positive image within the community.

- Control operational costs and implement measures to reduce waste.

- Train new and existing employees on exceptional customer service practices.

- Develop and implement policies to sustain successful restaurant operations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or in a similar role.

- Strong background in customer service management.

- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage, with the ability to guide staff and inform customers.

- Familiarity with restaurant management software.

- Excellent leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
