We are looking for Full-time Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts!

The Smoke Shop BBQ Company, 4x winner of “Boston Best BBQ” by Boston Magazine, with locations across the Boston area, is seeking Servers, Bartenders, and Support Staff.

Servers, Bartenders and Hosts at the Smoke Shop BBQ are responsible for ensuring every guest experience is memorable by creating a culture that prioritizes hospitality and great BBQ.

Serving food and beverage in a manner that enthusiastically represents The Smoke Shop mission and values, demonstrating positivity, enthusiasm, and over the top hospitality, with both guests and staff.

Schedule: Varying schedule, available on nights, weekends and holidays. Looking for full-time only. If you are leaving for school/ have other obligations, please refrain from applying.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

● Excellent hospitality and customer service skills

● Experience in high-volume restaurant

● Positive attitude, sense of urgency

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

● Stand for the entirety of an 8-hour shift

● Lift and transport items more than 50 lbs

● Work in an environment of constant exposure to smoke

● Frequently kneel, bend over, lift items above head, work in small or cramped spaces

● Work in areas of extreme high or low temperatures

● Work quickly and safely in stressful circumstances

Other Requirements

● Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

● Able and willing to communicate in English and Spanish as necessary

● TIPs certification, Serve Safe Food Handler Training

● Able to work well in team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
