Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables and clearing dishes
• Support banquet and catering events by providing attentive service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining or food service environments, with a focus on exceptional customer care
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and hygiene practices in the food industry
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume service times
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various settings
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous
• A background in hospitality or dietary aide roles enhances your ability to serve diverse guest needs
