We’re FIXIN’ to FIX some FIXINS on Oak Island!

FIXINS is a breakfast and lunch restaurant featuring a Southern-inspired menu throughout the day. Our mission / objective is to provide authentic Southern hospitality through excellent service and classic regional cuisine. Our founding belief at Fixins' if we take care of our people, Fixins' takes care of itself. This belief and what we stand drives every action and decision to achieve success together.

We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions, including:

- Dining Room Lead

- Server

- Host

-Busser

- Food Runner

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Availability to work weekends (Sundays are required).

- Experience in customer service is a bonus- Having positive, welcoming attitude and team mentality

- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong work ethic and initiative.

- Reliable attendance and a flexible schedule.

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate.

-Ability to stand, walk and lift 25lbs for extended periods

-Servers must be 18 yrs of age

-Other positions must be 15 yrs of age

Benefits:

- Hourly pay between $2.75 and $12.00, based on position and experience. Plus tips for certain positions.

- Restaurant hours are 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
