Blondie is a neighborhood bar and restaurant on Melrose Avenue focused on cocktails, natural wine, and elevated bar snacks. The venue combines a lush open-air patio, intimate dining spaces, and a high-energy atmosphere designed around hospitality, music, and great service.

Bartender Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to Blondie standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining speed and consistency
- Maintain strong product knowledge across cocktails, spirits, wine, and menu offerings
- Keep bar stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
- Accurately handle POS transactions and tabs
- Assist with opening, closing, and inventory procedures
- Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, management, and kitchen staff
Bartender Requirements
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume cocktail bar or restaurant
- Strong cocktail and wine knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods
- Evening and weekend availability required
- California Responsible Beverage Service certification preferred
Server Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and engaging table service
- Guide guests through food, cocktail, and wine selections
- Maintain section cleanliness and service standards throughout shift
- Ensure orders are entered accurately and delivered efficiently
- Build genuine connections with guests to create repeat business
- Assist with opening and closing side work duties
- Work as part of a collaborative FOH team environment
Server Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality venue
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Wine and cocktail knowledge is a plus
- Professional presentation and positive energy
- Weekend and evening availability required
Host Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow throughout service
- Communicate effectively with management and FOH staff regarding seating and timing
- Answer phones, assist with guest inquiries, and maintain reservation systems
- Create a strong first and last impression for every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and entry areas
