Front of House Staff

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team at our bakery & cafe. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take orders, answer questions and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Prepare food and ensure presentation meets our high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and care.
• Uphold health and safety standards in food service practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service operations, including food preparation techniques preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
