Front of House Staff

We are looking for part time Front of House staff members to join our team! FoH staff must provide friendly customer service and work efficient and well as a team. It's important to maintain a positive attitude and be able to multitask as well.

*Weekends are required

Front of House staff main responsibilities are:

- Providing friendly and attentive customer service

- Accurately and efficiently input new orders into POS system

- Exemplify proficiency when using POS, Doordash, and Ubereats platforms

- Servers must be able to wait on multiple tables and multitask

-Expo must be very organized and in constant communication with line cooks and servers

- Maintain knowledge of the HiroNori Craft Ramen menu and our Specialty Drinks, allergies

- Assist with running food, bussing tables, helping with side prep work

*Lead positions are offered based on your performance and willingness to take on more responsibilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
