Front of House Support

Essential Job Duties

Operational Support:
- Support front-of-house staff by proactively clearing used items from tables and refilling
beverages during busy periods to maintain high service standards - Transport dirty dishes/trash to the dish area
- Maintain organization of plates and silverware.
restock service stations and supplies throughout the shift, including rolling up
silverware. - Support the Counter/Host team by ensuring To-Go orders are moved quickly
from the kitchen, allowing staff to remain focused on guest service - Alerts servers or the counter team when guests require additional assistance or when specific tables need immediate attention to maintain seamless service
- Maintains clear and concise communication with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure to-go orders and service supplies are handled efficiently
Dining Area Organization and Maintenance:
- Clear, sanitize, and ready tables promptly after guests depart; pre-bus tables during service to maintain a clean environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, booths, chairs, and floors,
and trash receptacles.

- Communication: Strong verbal skills for effective team coordination.
- Reliability: Punctual with the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience/Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent/still in school

Staff must maintain awareness of their surroundings to navigate potentially slippery floors and crowded spaces safely.
- Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, this role requires the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as early and late shifts.
