Position Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, attentive Front of House / Tea Server who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a positive guest experience. Interest in tea is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service
• Guide customers through the menu and make recommendations
• Prepare and serve tea with care
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house
• Process orders and payments
• Support overall team operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with reliability and attention to detail
• Prior service experience
