Front of House Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for various tasks including welcoming guests, food running, assisting servers, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of house area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Maintain clean dining room, ensuring all customers are satisfied.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service.
• Engage with customers to build rapport and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Experience with food preparation, culinary tasks, or kitchen operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as POSI-touch, is advantageous but not required.
