Compensation: $20-$25/hour
Schedule: Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Summary:

As a Taproom Team Member, you'll be the face of our brewery—serving beer, running food, taking orders, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You'll work in a quick-service model, supporting both the front of house and food service operations in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
• Take orders accurately via POS system (beer, food, and merch)
• Serve and pour beer in compliance with state alcohol laws
• Deliver food and drinks to tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and side work
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Uphold health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards
• Educate guests on our beer styles, food offerings, and brewery story
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of or interest in craft beer a plus (training provided)
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable and punctual
