We are seeking a high-energy and dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience while ensuring efficient and attentive service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, attentive, and a strong team player who takes pride in providing great service. Attention to detail—especially when packing delivery and takeout orders—is essential to ensure every guest receives a complete and accurate order.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience

• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently

• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality and presentation standards

• Provide attentive service and anticipate guest needs throughout their visit

• Handle multiple guests and tasks at once while staying organized and calm during busy periods

• Carefully pack delivery and takeout orders with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and front counter

• Assist with coordinating takeout and delivery orders during peak hours

• Support teammates to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations

• Address guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues quickly

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
