Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and professional demeanor, setting a positive tone for their visit
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide information about services, menu items, or event schedules to enhance guest experience
• Handle reservations, walk-in inquiries, and seating arrangements with enthusiasm and clarity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold a welcoming environment
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing schedules, or processing payments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and address guest needs promptly

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to stay energetic, motivated, and attentive in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems or reservation software is a plus but not mandatory
