Position: Bakery Associate / Front of House
Location: Macri’s Bakery
Hours: 20–30 hours per week

Macri’s Bakery is looking for a friendly, reliable Bakery Associate to join our front of house team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, positive attitude
• Take orders and handle transactions accurately
• Package pastries, desserts, and bakery items with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front counter
• Answer basic questions about menu items and offerings
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required

Schedule:

• Monday–Saturday
• Daytime shifts (hours may vary)
• Closed Sundays
• Fridays & Saturdays required
