Front of House Team Member

We’re hiring Front of House team members to help us open our new bakery in High Falls. This role is all about creating a welcoming experience for guests, keeping the space running smoothly, and supporting the flow between the counter and the kitchen. The position is expected to begin in February, depending on construction progress.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests and provide steady, friendly counter service
• Take orders, run the register, and keep the front-of-house organized
• Prepare and serve coffee, pastries, and simple food items
• Restock displays and maintain a clean, inviting environment
• Communicate with the kitchen to keep service moving smoothly
• Support occasional community events or special gatherings

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant
• Clear, grounded communication and a calm approach during busy hours
• Comfort learning POS systems and basic FOH tasks
• A Food Handler certificate or willingness to complete one
• Reliability, teamwork, and pride in your work
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods
