Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Handle cash register operations, process payments, and manage transactions with accuracy.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any issues that arise.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain proper food handling practices at all times.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with nightclub or high-energy dining settings is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Experience with cash register operations is beneficial but can be learned on the job.
