Front of House Team Member - Barista experience perferred

Hiring both Weekend position and full time position.

Fast environment so you must be comfortable moving quickly and fast pace.

Pay is a base of $10 plus tips with a guaranteed total pay of $15.00

Hourly Rate PLUS great tips - our customers are extremely generous.

Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm

We proactively serve our customers.

Front of house Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

- Prepare a variety of espresso drinks and cocktails
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

-Barista experience preferred

Front of House Team Member - Barista experience necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
