Front of House Team Member

As a Front of House Team Member at Mister O1 you will provide 5-star service for our guests by ensuring their entire dining experience is Extraordinary! You’ll help with menu selections, quickly refill beverages, and ensure food arrives in a timely manner always delivering warm and friendly interactions. When our guest leave Mister O1, we want them to come back not only because the pizza is exceptional, but the service is too. We are looking for team players who are professional, hardworking individuals, and demonstrate great attention to detail.

What you’ll do:

• Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
• Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
• Deliver food to our guests, clear and clean tables, package to-go orders
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
• Operate Toast POS for entering orders/processing payments

Requirements

· Excellent communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills

· Skilled at reading the table and can anticipate our guests needs

· Must have current or the ability to obtain Food Handlers and Texas Food and Beverage Certification

· Must be always dressed neatly and well-groomed in company uniform

· Are a Team Player with a guest first attitude - Must have the ability to listen to and communicate well with others

· High School Graduate or equivalent preferred

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
