In this role, you will craft and serve beverages, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using our Square POS systems.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing transactions swiftly and accurately.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Uphold all food safety regulations and alcohol service policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service roles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
