Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage service, including cocktails, wines, and beers as well as food. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with customers and manage the bar area efficiently will be key to your success in this role. Extensive fast paced Cocktail experience required. We serve craft cocktails in a fast paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide table service and customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet or catering events as needed.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
• Utilize Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
