Front of House Team Member

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Barista to join our Matcha Café team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves high-quality drinks, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve matcha drinks, and specialty beverages to company standards
• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, positive experience
• Take orders accurately and answer menu questions with patience and enthusiasm
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and front-of-house areas
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and consistency
• Support team members as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn drink recipes and preparation techniques
• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required

Pelicana GO is looking for an energetic and dependable Food Runner to help deliver fresh, hot food to our guests while providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and helping create a great dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately to customers
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Assist with order organization and packaging for dine-in and to-go orders
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Help restock supplies and support team members during rushes
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service at all times

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
