Find The RightJob.

Front of House Team Member

Niles Peacock Kitchen & Bar is growing our front-of-house team, and we’re looking for people who love restaurants for the right reasons: great food, thoughtful drinks, busy services, sharp teamwork, and the kind of guest experience people talk about long after they leave.

We are an award-winning kitchen and bar on the Edmonds waterfront known for sourdough pizza, craft cocktails, and warm, energetic service. We are building a team that is professional without being stiff, fast without being chaotic, and kind without lowering the standard.

Hourly wage + tips. Full medical benefits, including vision and dental, for eligible team members.

We Are Hiring

  • Bartenders
  • Bar-backs
  • Support Staff / Bussers / Food Runners
  • Expeditors
  • Assistant Floor Lead / Server

This is one team, one room, one standard. Whether you’re behind the bar, running food, resetting tables, supporting the pass, or helping lead the floor, the goal is the same: take care of the guest, take care of each other, and make the shift better than we found it.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A natural hospitality person who notices what needs to happen before being asked.
  • Someone who can stay steady during a rush and kind when the room gets loud.
  • A teammate who understands that great service is not one person being a hero — it is everyone moving together.
  • Someone who takes pride in clean resets, accurate communication, beautiful pacing, polished drinks, thoughtful food delivery, and guest recovery when something goes sideways.
  • Curious, coachable, and willing to get better every shift.
  • Low ego, high care, high accountability.

Our Culture

We are building the kind of restaurant culture where people can do excellent work and still feel respected as humans.

  • Be good to one another. We speak respectfully, help quickly, and assume good intent.
  • Get better every day. We train, practice, learn, and improve the system together.
  • Make different mistakes. Mistakes happen in restaurants. Repeating avoidable ones is where the problem starts.
  • Do the right thing. For the guest, for the team, and for the business.

If you want drama, ego, or chaos for chaos’ sake, this will not be the right room. If you want pace, standards, good people, and the chance to be part of something that is actively improving, we should talk.

Role HighlightsBartender

You’ll help lead the bar experience through thoughtful cocktail execution, confident guest interaction, clean setup and breakdown, responsible alcohol service, and strong communication with the floor.

Bar-back

You’ll keep the bar moving: glassware, ice, restocking, polishing, clearing, supporting bartenders, and staying one step ahead during busy service.

Busser / Food Runner / Support Staff

You’ll be the engine of the floor: resetting tables, running food, supporting guests, communicating table status, helping servers, and keeping the room clean and moving.

Expeditor

You’ll help protect the guest experience at the pass: accuracy, timing, communication, quality checks, and calm coordination between the kitchen and FOH team.

Assistant Floor Lead / Server

You’ll serve guests while also helping support the floor: pacing, communication, table awareness, guest recovery, team direction, and keeping the shift organized without making it heavy. This is a great fit for someone who loves serving, has natural leadership instincts, and can help guide the room without ego.

Requirements

  • Restaurant experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Weekend and evening availability are required.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, and move with urgency for extended periods.
  • Must be able to obtain or maintain a Washington Food Worker Card.
  • Alcohol-service roles must have or be able to obtain the appropriate Washington MAST permit.
  • Must bring professionalism, punctuality, clean presentation, and a team-first attitude.

Compensation + Benefits

All roles are paid hourly wage plus tips where applicable. Final hourly rates, tip structure, and eligibility vary by position and will be confirmed during the hiring process.

We offer full medical benefits, including vision and dental, for eligible team members. Additional team benefits may include paid training, employee meal or dining discounts, growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and the chance to be part of a strong, professional restaurant team with clear standards and real support.
