Front-of-House Team Member — French Bakery (Barista + Customer Experience)

About Us

French Riviera Tropezienne Bakery brings the flavors of the South of France to Las Vegas. We bake everything fresh daily, from our signature Tarte Tropezienne to buttery croissants, artisan breads, and specialty pastries. Our Henderson location is growing fast and we need a warm, energetic team member to help us deliver an exceptional guest experience every single day.

What You Will Do

- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere

- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, lattes, and specialty beverages as our barista

- Learn our full menu of authentic French pastries and confidently guide customers through their options

- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently during busy rushes

- Maintain a spotless, Instagram-worthy front-of-house area (display cases, tables, counters)

- Assist with daily pastry merchandising and display setup to showcase our products beautifully

- Support catering order preparation and ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment

- Collaborate with the back-of-house team to keep operations running smoothly

Who You Are

- You genuinely love making people smile and believe great service starts with a great attitude

- You have barista experience or are eager to learn (we will train the right person)

- You thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure

- You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in showing up ready to work every shift

- You pay attention to the small details that elevate a customer experience from good to unforgettable

- You are a team player who communicates openly and supports your coworkers

- You are fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus but not required)

Preferred Experience

- Previous barista or coffee shop experience

- Food service, retail, or hospitality background

- Familiarity with POS systems (Square, Toast, Quantic, or similar)

- Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain one before starting)

Schedule: Full-time, primarily morning and daytime shifts. Weekend availability is required.
