Bartender / Front-of-House Lead

We’re looking for a seasoned bartender who’s “been there, done that” as a restaurant manager and is ready to step away from the full-time headache of running the show — but still loves hospitality, craft beer, and taking great care of people.

This is not an entry-level gig. We want someone with real management experience who now wants the best parts of the service life without the 24/7 responsibility.

What the role looks like:

• Primary bartender & FOH lead on busy nights/weekends/holidays (we’re closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day — always)

• Be the steady, calm “right hand” to the owners and GM

• Help train, guide, and schedule the rest of the front-of-house team

• Share your hard-earned knowledge without carrying the full weight of management

• Craft killer cocktails, pour perfect beers, and create memorable guest experiences in our taproom and event spaces

Ideal candidate:

• 5+ years high-level bartending or bar management experience (craft beer or farm brewery background huge plus)

• Previously a restaurant GM, AGM, or Bar Manager who’s ready to hang up the spreadsheet and just pour great beer again

• Natural leader who enjoys mentoring younger staff but doesn’t want the final say on everything

• Reliable, drama-free, and truly enjoys weekend/night/holiday shifts

• Cicerone, TIPS, ServSafe (or willing to get them) a bonus
