Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel valued and comfortable from the moment they walk in
• Take and relay guest orders accurately, ensuring timely service and satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house areas
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure a positive experience
• Process payments accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and provide receipts with professionalism
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate service flow and uphold quality standards
• Making drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Managing carry-out orders
• Managing delivery orders
• Running food and light serving duties
• Providing top-notch customer service that keeps guests coming back.

Skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong Bartending Skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills to support colleagues and enhance overall service quality
• Basic math skills for handling transactions confidently and accurately
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service required
• Ability to remain energetic, positive, and proactive throughout your shift

Pay: $6.50 - $8.50 per hour
