Front of House Team Member (Bar Staff)

Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, professional, and energetic Front of House team members to join our Asian fusion dine-in restaurant. This role focuses on bar staff who are passionate about hospitality and creating a welcoming, memorable experience for our guests.

No prior experience is required — we are happy to train the right candidates! We are especially looking for team members who are available to work throughout the summer season and holidays.

As a key part of our team, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests receive friendly, attentive, and efficient service throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Staff:
Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
Provide friendly and efficient service to guests at the bar and dining area
Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service
Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow food safety guidelines
Manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining quality service

A friendly, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work summer, evenings, weekends, and holidays is strongly preferred
Commitment to maintaining a clean and professional appearance
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle transactions accurately through cashiering
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders efficiently
Willingness to learn sanitation practices and responsible alcohol service
