As our practice continues to grow, we’re excited to add a talented Front Office to our team who is committed to excellence in dentistry and outstanding patient care.

Compensation: $23–$25/hour based on experience

You’ll be thrilled to know — NO WEEKENDS!
- Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am -5:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: OFF
- Sunday: OFF
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Our Dental Front Office should (but not limited to):
- Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority
- Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures
- Knowledge of or ability to learn insurance benefits verification
- Manage patient documents and records
- Process and complete claim forms
- Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience
- Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients
- Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
- Participates and contributes to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!
- At least 1 year of Dental Front Office experience
- Great customer service and professionalism is a must
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
