Job description:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Bilekhalli, Bengaluru

Compensation: 8000-10000per month

Work Schedule: Full-time, Work from Office

Working Time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Working days: Monday-Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks (e.g., filing, data entry, email management).
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide information as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments for various tasks.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and phone systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations,
