Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
- Manage visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official documents.
- Support HR/Admin in maintaining employee attendance records and documentation.
- Assist with preparing reports, letters, and office communication.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor management.
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and problem-solve efficiently.
