Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain the front office area, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
  • Manage visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official documents.
  • Support HR/Admin in maintaining employee attendance records and documentation.
  • Assist with preparing reports, letters, and office communication.
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor management.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and problem-solve efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
