Front office & Admin Executive

We are seeking a well-organized and professional Receptionist & Admin Executive for our back office. The candidate will manage front desk activities at the office, coordinate internal communication, maintain documentation, handle calls, and support inventory and administrative operations related to the jewellery business.

This role is not for showroom sales; it focuses on back office coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities Reception & Coordination

  • Handle incoming calls from customers, vendors.
  • Manage courier dispatch & inward/outward parcels (jewellery items/documents)
  • Maintain visitor register and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate communication between showroom, back office, and vendors
  • Data entry in jewellery software / ERP / Excel
  • Maintain vendor records

Documentation & Records

  • Maintain inward/outward register for jewellery Packing material.
  • Support during stock audits.
  • Organize bills, challans, and tax records

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Marathi /Hindi/English preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge of billing software / Tally
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Trustworthy (important due to jewellery stock handling)

Qualification

  • Graduate (Commerce preferred)
  • 1–2 years experience in admin/reception (Jewellery experience preferred)

Salary Range (Pune Market)

  • ₹15,000 – ₹18000per month (depending on experience )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
