  • Reception & Customer Service
  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls; take messages as needed.
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Office Coordination
  • Maintain the front office area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Record Keeping
  • Update databases, contact lists, and employee directories.
  • Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
  • Help process invoices, expense reports, and basic financial documentation (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
