- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls; take messages as needed.

- Maintain office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Office Coordination
- Maintain the front office area in a clean and organized manner.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Record Keeping
- Update databases, contact lists, and employee directories.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
- Help process invoices, expense reports, and basic financial documentation (if required).
