Description:
- Welcome patients to our Women’s Imaging Specialists facility in a friendly and professional manner

Verify patients’ identity by drivers’ license and insurance card; verify that insurance is effective

Assist patients with intake forms, both paper and electronic
-
Manage the daily appointment schedule and communicate to clinicians any exceptions/additions/inconsistencies to the schedule
-
Make outbound phone calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments; rescheduling appointments when necessary

Schedule new and existing patients

Scan, fax and file documents as needed assuring all documents are in their proper places

Master Infinitt scheduling software

Access Excel spreadsheets to add, omit, and create data regarding productivity using Sharepoint
-
Provide patient education when necessary

Maintain a clean and orderly waiting room

Complete general office duties when assigned

Complete all assigned trainings
Requirements:
One (1) year medical office experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, SharePoint, and Word

Keen attention to detail

Exceptional time management skills

Exceptional conflict resolution skills
-
Customer service training, either on-the-job or through a certificate program

Ability to travel to other WIS sites on occasion

Ability to sit for hours at a time typing on a computer keyboard

Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds
