FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (Part-Time)

What You Will Do:

  • Greet and assist visitors at our facility.
  • Handle incoming calls on our phone system, ensuring effective communication.
  • Perform filing and other clerical duties.
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks including:
    • Processing payments and invoicing.
    • Handling accounts receivable and payable.
    • Order entry and management in SAGE 50 Accounting System.
    • Vendor purchase orders.
    • Inventory management of components used in assembly.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows; experience with Sage 50 accounting is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for numbers and data management.
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and excellent prioritization skills.
  • A team player who thrives in busy settings and is ambitious about personal and professional growth.
