The Opportunity

Innoventures Education is opening a new school in Dubai for the academic year starting August 2026 – Raffles World Academy – Aljada, Sharjah (IB with US High School Diploma). This is a key position at the heart of our school. You will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and prospective families – a true ambassador for our school community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the student admissions process, from enquiry to enrolment
• Respond promptly to phone, digital, and in-person enquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Maintain accurate student records and admissions data
• Provide administrative support for school leadership
• Ensure the front office is welcoming, tidy, and efficiently run
• Assist with event coordination, open days, and tours for prospective families

Qualification, experience and skills

• Graduate/postgraduate degree
• Previous experience in front office, customer service, or admissions in an educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to collaborate effectively, strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school database systems (iSAMS or similar)
• Experience in digital marketing, social media and promotional initiatives
