Front Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support in a collaborative, small-office environment.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communication as needed to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
  • Work efficiently with the warehouse manager or other employees to order supplies and other materials when needed.
  • Assist with light data entry into QuickBooks software.
  • Communicate and handle any issues regarding shipments, pricing, etc.
  • Work closely with the owner, production manager, and office manager as needed or if any issues arise.
  • Support other departments with tasks if needed
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks a plus but not required.
  • Great communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently & collaboratively in a small team environment
  • Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High School Education/GED preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
