PBACO is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial healthcare environment. The Office Assistant will provide front office support, coordinate administrative workflows, and assist leadership and team members with day-to-day operational needs.
This is a hands-on role requiring professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Administrative Support - As our Office Assistant, you'll be a core part of the team:

Be the face of the office — greeting visitors and handling calls and emails professionally

Keep leadership organized by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference room logistics

Prepare meeting spaces for external visitors, including materials, tech setup, and refreshments

Support the team with data entry, document prep, and reporting

Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and keep office and breakroom supplies stocked

Jump in on special projects and cross-functional initiatives as they come up

Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in college (any major welcome — business, health, communications, and similar fields are a natural fit)
