Front Office Associate

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage front desk operations and greet members, athletes, visitors, and guests professionally
✅ Handle enquiries related to sports activities, memberships, coaching schedules, and events
✅ Manage registrations, bookings, and facility reservations
✅ Maintain attendance records and member databases
✅ Coordinate with coaches, operations team, and management for daily schedules
✅ Handle calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries efficiently
✅ Support event coordination, tournaments, and sports programs
✅ Process payments, receipts, and membership renewals
✅ Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception area
✅ Maintain visitor logs and basic administrative documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Customer service orientation
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking software, email handling)
✔ Pleasant personality with professional appearance
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Interest or exposure to sports industry preferred

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–3 years experience in Front Office / Reception / Hospitality / Sports facility preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills may apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
