SUMMARY
Seeking a punctual, reliable, customer-focused Front Office Coordinator for a busy plastic surgery clinic. Must multitask, communicate clearly, and maintain strict confidentiality while supporting clinic operations and patient care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet patients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and provide excellent phone and in-person customer service.
- Answer and triage high-volume phone calls; schedule and manage appointments.
- Process paperwork, payments, and reports; maintain accurate patient records and digital photo libraries.
- Support front desk operations: opening/closing, filing, and general administrative tasks as directed.
- Follow clinic protocols, maintain patient privacy, and respond appropriately to urgent situations.
- Assist office manager and collaborate with physicians and staff.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Clear verbal and written English communication; professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers and practice-management software.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced medical office; basic math and filing skills.
- Dependable, flexible, team-oriented.
- Spanish bilingual required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma/GED.
- 2–3 years’ experience in aesthetic plastic surgery preferred.
- Familiarity with surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures (injectables, skincare) preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENT
- Clinic/office setting; prolonged sitting/standing and computer work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
SUPERVISION
- No supervisory responsibilities.
