Our team works closely with children, families, and schools to help each child build confidence, develop skills, and reach their full potential. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism - whether in person or by phone

Own the check-in/check-out process including collecting co-pays

Manage scheduling, cancellations, and appointment flow

Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records

Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and referral sources

Help keep front office operations organized, efficient, and family-friendly

Track insurance claims, denials, and follow-ups

Support overall front office operations and clinic efficiency
Qualifications:
What Else You Bring to This Role

High school diploma or GED required

1+ year of front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical therapy or outpatient medical setting

EMR or scheduling software experience
