Mission

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Sales Orders from customers in Quickbooks
  • Place Purchase Orders with vendors in Quickbooks
  • Handle customer inquiries (RFQ's) and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
  • Previous Experience in Quickbooks Enterprise (or similar Distribution/Inventory based accounting system)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
