Position Summary:

We are an established pediatric dental practice seeking an exceptionally motivated, detail-oriented, and career-minded Front Office Coordinator with having the option of advancing into a Practice Manager role. This is a unique, structured opportunity for an individual who is ready to build a lasting career in healthcare practice leadership.

The ideal candidate will start by managing front office operations while also directly supporting insurance coordination, billing, and data management.

Some dental or healthcare experience is preferred but not required. We will invest in training the right individual who demonstrates administrative excellence, superb communication skills, and a commitment to healthcare management.

We are looking for an individual who is warm, welcoming, and professional — someone who brings positivity and calm to a busy pediatric healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is coachable and eager to learn, with a strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to take initiative while respecting established systems and protocols. They should be comfortable working independently when needed, but also value collaboration and clear communication with the doctor, team members, patients, and outside partners. We value team members who are not only organized and efficient, but who also care about building long-term relationships with our patients, community, and team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and professionalism
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning new technology and dental management software (training provided)
  • Familiarity with the unique needs of a healthcare practice, especially pediatric dentistry, is highly valued
  • Prior dental, healthcare, insurance, or billing experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • A strong commitment to long-term career development within the practice

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday

Career Path:

This position is a pathway to Practice Manager. Advancement will be based on demonstrated performance, leadership readiness, and the needs of the practice. The full development and promotion process may extend beyond 24 months. We are seeking a candidate interested in building a long-term, stable, and rewarding leadership career within our pediatric dental practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
