Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are a Private Dermatology practice has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of our patient's dermatology appointment, from scheduling, to verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, scheduling follow-up appointments.

Duties:
- Conducting phone and face-to-face interaction with patients.

- Responding and following up on patient inquiries via email or phone.

- Scheduling follow-up appointments.

- Checking on patient paperwork, confirming consent forms are signed.

- Giving patient quotes for future appointments or cosmetic procedures.

- Collecting Co-Pays.

- Oversees day-to-day operational functions of the location.

- Possesses skill in all aspects of job functions in areas of responsibilities and has the ability to cover workstations as needed.

- Verifying insurance benefits.

Experience:
- 1 year medical office experience/dermatology experience is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

-Bilingual is a plus

- Excellent organization skills.

Our office is open Monday-Thursday. Our hours would be considered part time hours as we do not work 40 hours a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
