We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Front Office cum HR Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, assist in HR activities, and support creative photo and video shoots in office premises only. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasing personality, and an interest in photoshoots or short video creation related to office work .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle front office operations including phone calls, guest greetings and coordination.
  • Assist in HR functions like attendance tracking, onboarding, and record maintenance.
  • Participate in team photoshoots, office event videos, and creative content coordination.
  • Maintain office decorum and ensure smooth administrative workflow.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in photoshoots, fashion, or short video creation will be preferred
  • Immediate joiner.

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
