Syrus Polyclinic is seeking a professional, organized, and patient-friendly Front Office cum Insurance Staff to manage reception activities and insurance coordination efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle patient interactions, appointment scheduling, billing assistance, and insurance claim processes while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and reception operations
- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
- Attend and manage phone calls and inquiries
- Coordinate insurance approvals and claim submissions
- Verify patient insurance details and documentation
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding approvals and claims
- Assist patients with insurance procedures and billing queries
- Maintain accurate records of insurance and patient information
- Coordinate with doctors, billing department, and administration for smooth operations
- Ensure confidentiality of patient and clinic information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field
- Experience in front office, reception, or medical insurance coordination preferred
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and healthcare administration is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a healthcare environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam are an advantag
