Front Office Cum Tele caller Executive

About the Role

AMA Audit | Tax | Advisory is looking for a Front Office cum Telecaller Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional front-office experience while efficiently managing telecalling and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Assist and guide customers by addressing inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring excellent client service.
  • Maintain visitor and client records accurately and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate internal communication between departments and support meeting arrangements.
  • Achieve telecalling and client engagement targets, contributing to lead generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold a professional and welcoming front-office environment that reflects the company’s values.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telecalling, front office, reception, or customer service roles (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Excellent customer handling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven, adaptable, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Nepal & Philip Nationality preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
