Front Office Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team who has a strong background in collision repair shop office duties. Our goal is to provide top-tier service to our customers, and we're seeking an individual who can manage customer relations effectively and efficiently.

Role Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as the liaison between customers and the shop. In this role, you will ensure that customers are well-informed about the status of their vehicles and provide seamless communication between the front office and the body shop.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and handling customer inquiries.
• Greeting customers and assisting with vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
• Updating customers on the status of repairs and providing outstanding service throughout the process.
• Performing data entry and filing of customer information and repair orders.
• Communicating with insurance companies to facilitate the claims process.
• Handling customer files and maintaining organized records.
• Photographing and documenting vehicles at drop-off and pickup, preparing necessary paperwork, and coordinating customer transportation as needed.
• General office duties to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-volume tasks.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Computer literate and comfortable with web-based software.
• Previous collision repair shop experience is a preferred.
• Knowledge of CCC One is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
