Front Office & Engagement Specialist – Comfort Keepers San Antonio
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In-Office
Starting Pay: $19.00/hr
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

At Comfort Keepers of San Antonio, we’re looking for a Front Office & Engagement Specialist who thrives on building relationships and delivering outstanding service to clients, caregivers, and community partners.

This role is at the heart of our office—combining front desk professionalism, scheduling and training support, and creative outreach. If you’re ready to grow your career with a company that’s mission-driven and people-first, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome walk-in visitors, answer calls and online inquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Support caregiver onboarding, training coordination, and first-day shift introductions
  • Collaborate with leadership on community engagement and marketing initiatives
  • Provide backup scheduling support and rotate into shared after-hours administrative coverage
  • Help ensure seamless client and caregiver communication and a positive office environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or healthcare
  • A professional, upbeat communicator with exceptional organization skills
  • Confident problem-solver with a strong sense of follow-through
  • Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, scheduling tools)
  • Passion for helping others and improving the senior care experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Clear of any disqualifying criminal offenses under Indiana and federal guidelines
