Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Manage the front desk, answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
  • Handle visitor registration, issue visitor badges, and maintain security protocols.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  • Assist in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, courier handling, and document management.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are always in stock.
  • Support HR, accounts, and other departments with routine administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree or diploma in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused, approachable, and able to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

Experience:

Minimum 3 year in a front office/reception/admin role. Prior experience in interiors, real estate, or a customer-facing environment in Dubai is a plus.
