Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a positive, professional attitude.
- Manage the front desk, answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
- Handle visitor registration, issue visitor badges, and maintain security protocols.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Assist in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, courier handling, and document management.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are always in stock.
- Support HR, accounts, and other departments with routine administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused, approachable, and able to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Experience:
Minimum 3 year in a front office/reception/admin role. Prior experience in interiors, real estate, or a customer-facing environment in Dubai is a plus.
