Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor logs
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements
- Handle courier, postal, and office supplies management
- Support HR and Admin teams with basic documentation and coordination
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional appearance of the reception area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
