Working Hours:Monday to Saturday– 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary Scope: 15,000 - 25,000 Per Month.
Key Responsibilities:Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with a courteous and professional attitude.Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel or departments.Maintain visitor records and issue access badges as per company policy.Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail services.Provide administrative support to HR, Admin, and other departments as required.Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.Assist in travel and logistics arrangements for senior staff or clients.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Required Qualifications and Skills:Graduate in any discipline.1–3 years of front office/receptionist experience, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and demeanor.
